I was recently invited for the Exclusive Launch of Da Milano's Spring Summer'15 Collection that would also have a special interaction session with Kiara Advani ( of Fugly fame ). Here are some glimpses of the glitzy event.
The Da Milano's ( an Italian brand ) store is located at Santacruz ( linking road ) and has two levels. It is spacious, posh, fully air-conditioned and spic-span with a little greenery too in the entrance. Naturally the place looks and feels luxurious right-away. The interiors are pleasantly lit with creamy colours and the down level also has a mirrored wall on one side that gives a more spacious view. The store stocks bags, all of imported variety! The staff are friendly and attentive.
The bags are the obvious highlights of the store. Bags, bags and more bags. Bags of all shapes, sizes, colours, design and utilities - prices from Rs.300-30k+. And all made from pure leather.
For the Launch & Meet, some media people were invited. - Journos & bloggers alike.
Kiara Advani ( actress ) graced the occasion with the paparazzi in pursuit. Everyone present obviously wanted to click pictures with her.
She interacted with the guests and media, answered few questions, posed for pictures. She is very pretty and likeable, I must say. No fake attitude or show off at all. :-)
And of course, for a great event there was obviously the great food & drinks. Here, there was wine ( white & red ) and lots of yummy bites to keep company. I enjoyed the event, though, had to leave bit early. The guests also got a goodie bag to take home ( with Da Milano clutches & wallets ), but as I already left I missed on that.
