Direction to use : 1. Coat wet hair with a liberal amount of shampoo.
2. Gently massage the scalp and roots with fingertips to work into a lather. Avoid roughing up to reduce tangling.
3. Lightly squeeze the shampoo from roots to ends and rinse thoroughly.
4. Finish with TRESemmé Split Remedy™ Conditioner and Split Remedy™ treatments and styling products.
My Review ( P.O.V ) : Ideal For Women; Applied For Split-ends and Damaged Hair condition. Comes in a 215ml bottle ( having other variants ), it gives professional care as it Cleanses, Moisturizes and Restores reducing split-ends upto 96% after few couple of uses ( it uses innovative Reconstructing Complex system that binds split ends and fixes damage ). Ingredients are ~ Silicone ( that forms a lubricating layer bringing together hair-fibres and split-end; also reducing friction between hair-fibres ), Amino-Vitamin Blend etc others. All these components work together to reduce split-ends. With regular use there'll be no-more worry of cutting/trimming hair short due to split-ends. The shampoo comes in a black bottle with green flip-cap, and its texture is thick. Lathers and foams well too, leaving the hair well nourished and clean. One of the best products I've used till date. I had got the sample for review purpose couple of months back, and its finished already. I loved using it. And I loved its fragrance totally. Tresemme products are used mainly by professionals, so you get high quality hair-treatment right in your home ~ what more can you ask for ~ that too at such affordable rates. Yes, its for everyday use by everyone. Why spend tonnes of your hard-earned money by visiting hair-salons. My home with Tresemme in it, is as good as a salon. I miss it already, time to buy another bottle I guess.

2. Squeeze adequate amount of conditioner into palm and rub hands together to activate formula technology
3. Apply from mid-shaft to ends first, work anything that’s left through the roots
4. Leave in for 1-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly and finish with TRESemmé Split Remedy™ treatments and styling products.

It leaves the hair light, smooth, bouncy and frizz-free. Ingredients are ~ Amino-Vitamin Blend, Keratin and Bition etc. The conditioner comes in a white bottle with green flip-cap, and its texture is thick with mild fragrance.
