the watch tower at the lake, entry is retricted as its a midc zone...however, the dam is situated along the man road and can be accessed easily making it one of most popular weekend spots...the lake too can be accessed via secret hidden trails...

the entry to barrage dam is currently restricted due to many accidents and loss of lives, but, there are other tracks on the opposite banks that lead to it - river view point...
Barvi Dam is an earthfill dam on the Barvi River near Badlapur, Thane district, in the state of Maharashtra in India. Barrage dam is located at Barrage road in Badlapur city ( wiki ).
